Jarod made a house call to Masterson Station. He came over and assisted  me with understanding my pc problem. I had a broken DC jack and  couldn't use my laptop. He was very professional, and very trustworthy  and he didn't charge me as much as what I was told it would cost to fix  my computer. He was quick and very informative, and kind about the  whole situation. My Laptop works great again! I would most def refer  him to all my friends and use him in the future.

I thought that after my computer got a virus and completely quit working that I was going to have to buy a new computer. I'm really glad I met you last week! The laptop is running without sounding like a jet engine, it's running much faster, and it's no longer at boiling point. I can actually hold it on my lap without it even burning me! In fact, cool air comes out from the fan.
